1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NFormal Law's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
NFormal Law provides AI-assisted legal research, document analysis, and case management tools. Our services are intended for legal professionals and should be used for law-related purposes only.
3. User Eligibility
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract with NFormal Law to use our services. The specific age restriction aligns with the requirements for using Claude AI services. If you are not eligible, you must not access or use our services.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
5. Data Usage and Privacy
We store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. Content, materials, and documents that you upload to our system are sent to LLM providers for analysis purposes only. We do not share your data with any third parties except as necessary to provide our services. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Users retain all rights to the content they bring to and create on our platform. NFormal Law may use AI-generated content for statistical and quality improvement purposes only, in an anonymous manner. The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NFormal Law and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
NFormal Law, as the software owner, does not accept any kind of liability whatsoever, neither in the service, service quality, nor the content that the AI generates. The AI providers' terms are also incorporated herein: they may make mistakes, and the output should not be relied upon without human review. In no event shall NFormal Law, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to:
- Using the software for purposes other than law-related activities
- Attempting to sabotage the working of the application
- Abusing the service
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or debug the application
- Violating these Terms of Service
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Interfering with other users' access to the service
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Istanbul, Turkey, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
